视程障碍现象自动判别分析与应用

【摘要】 文章介绍了自动气象站能见度观测数据在ISOS业务系统平台上的取值意义以及1min、10min水平能见度的概念;在ISOS系统中视程障碍现象的自动判别记录需用能见度自动观测资料结合其他常规自动化观测资料作为判别基础进行综合判断。文章从综合判别依据、算法及判别流程等方面分析和探究视程障碍天气现象综合自动判断的方法,同时介绍了能见度及视程障碍现象数据的应用与相关数据的科学处理方法。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the significance of visibility observing data of automatic weather station in ISOS operation platform and presents concepts related to 1-minute and 10-minute horizontal visibility.It shows that automatic detection and recording of vision obstruction phenomenon in the system of ISOS requires comprehensive integration on observed visibility data with other observation data acquired by the AWS.The integrated judgment methods for vision obstructive phenomenon are analyzed and discussed from the following aspects of comprehensive discriminate basis,algorithm and judging process.Meanwhile,the application of the data related to visibility and vision obstructive phenomenon are introduced,and scientific processing approaches for relevant data are also described.
