【摘要】 2016-04-16,潍坊市为抗旱减灾成功开展了一次增雨作业。采用新一代多普勒天气雷达探空和区域自动站雨量资料,利用区域对比方法,对高炮、火箭的人工增雨效果进行了检验。结果表明:在有较大范围降雨天气过程的背景下,适时向云中播撒催化剂,雷达检测作业后云层发生变化,说明人工增雨作业是有效的。采用区域对比分析方法对作业后3h雨量进行效果检验,潍坊市西北部和南部两个作业区,相对增雨量分别为18.4%和22.4%。因此,开展人工增雨作业对增加地面降水和缓解旱情起到了重要作用。

【Abstract】 On April 16,2016,an artificial precipitation enhancement was successfully carried out for preventing drought mitigation in Weifang.Adopting rainfall data from new generation Doppler weather radar,sounding and regional automatic station,the artillery and rocket rain enhancement effect was tested by use of the regional comparison methods.The results show that in a wide range of rainfall weather conditions,the cloud changed after radar detection due to the cloud seeding catalyst,which proofs the effectiveness of artificial rainfall enhancement.The effect of 3 hours rainfall after operation was tested by regional comparison methods.The relative rainfall increases by 18.4% and 22.4%respectively in the two operating areas of the northwest and the south of Weifang.Therefore,the artificial rainfall operations play an important role to increase surface precipitation and alleviate the drought.
