正交优化蚁狮黄酮超声提取工艺

【摘要】 目的确定蚁狮中黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法采用超声波辅助法提取蚁狮中的黄酮类化合物,通过单因素及L9(34)正交试验,考察不同溶剂、提取方式及超声波提取条件对蚁狮中黄酮提取率的影响。结果蚁狮黄酮最佳提取溶剂为乙醇,提取方式为超声波提取法,正交优化超声波提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数90%,料液比l:15,提取时间60min。结论正交优化工艺提取蚁狮黄酮平均得率可达2.13%,且优化工艺稳定可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the optimal extraction process of flavonoids in antlion. Methods Using the ultrasonic auxiliary method to extract the flavonoids in the antlion, it is to investigate the effect of different solvents, extraction methods and ultrasonic extraction conditions on the extraction rate of flavonoids, through single factor and L9(34) orthogonal test. Result The best extraction solvent of flavonoids is ethanol in antlion, the ultrasonic extraction method is the best way, the optimum orthogonal optimization ultrasonic extraction conditions are as follows:the ethanol volume fraction 90%, material liquid ratio l:15, extraction time 60 min. Conclusion the average extraction rate of flavonoid reach to 2.13% in antlion, through the orthogonal optimization technology, which is stable and reliable.
