知识域耦合对企业知识创新能力影响的仿真——协同网络视角
【摘要】 提升知识创新能力是企业保持竞争优势的主要途径。本文在对知识域耦合与知识创新能力影响因素以及两者之间因果关系分析的基础上,构建了协同网络中知识域耦合对知识创新能力影响的系统动力学模型,并进行了仿真分析。结果表明:知识域耦合正向影响知识创新能力,同时伴随有阶段性结构突变的非均质性特征;网络惯例与知识域耦合及创新知识增量之间存在倒U型关系;互补性知识在协同合作后期分别与知识域耦合、创新知识增量正相关,替代性知识则相反;企业的知识吸收水平、合作意愿与知识域耦合、创新知识增量正相关。因此,企业应保持适当惯例,有效进行外部知识搜寻,增强合作意愿,提高自身知识吸收水平,通过促进知识域耦合以提升知识创新能力。
【Abstract】 The improvement of knowledge innovation capability has become the main way to maintain the sustainable competitive advantage. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing knowledge couplings and knowledge innovation capability and the causality between them, a system dynamics model for simulating the effect of knowledge couplings on knowledge innovation capability in synergetic networks is established and analyzed. The results show that knowledge couplings positively affects the knowledge innovation capability, accompanied by the heterogeneity of the sudden change of the structure. There is an inverted U-type relationship between network convention, knowledge couplings and innovation knowledge increment. Complementary knowledge is positively related to knowledge couplings and innovation knowledge increment respectively in the later period of collaborative cooperation, and alternative knowledge is the opposite. The knowledge absorption level and the willingness to cooperate are positively related to the knowledge couplings and innovation knowledge increment. Therefore, the enterprises should maintain proper practice, search external knowledge effectively, strengthen cooperation intention, promote the level of their knowledge absorption, and enhance the knowledge innovation capability by promoting knowledge couplings.
