基于信息熵和灰色关联度下中部六省生态文明建设状况比较

【摘要】 生态文明建设是新时代中国和平崛起的必由之路,也是实现美丽中国的重要手段。中部六省先行先做在崛起过程中起到举足轻重的作用。本文以中部六省为研究对象,建立一个评价指标体系,涵盖经济、技术、资源和环境四个生态文明建设的一级指标以及相关的32个二级指标,采取信息熵赋予指标权重和灰色关联系数赋予指标生态文明建设程度,构建由所有指标的加权灰色关联度表示生态文明建设程度的模型。运用此模型对中部六省的生态文明建设程度进行比较分析。最后,提出了实施产业转型升级增强经济实力、加强技术攻关带动生态文明建设高质量发展、建立倒逼机制严守资源保护红线、构筑保障体系优化建设环境等相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ecological civilization construction is the only way for China to rise peacefully in the new era and is an important means to realize a beautiful China. The six central provinces first played a pivotal role in the rise process. Taking the six central provinces as the objects of study, this paper establishes a system of evaluation indicators, covering the primary indicators of ecological civilization construction with four factors: economy, technology, resources and environment, and 32 secondary indicators. By giving index weight to information entropy and grey correlation coefficient to index ecological civilization construction degree, a model of weighted grey correlation degree to indicate ecological civilization construction degree is established. The model is used to compare and analyze the level of ecological civilization construction in six central provinces. In view of the conclusion, the author puts forward some suggestions such as implementing industrial transformation and upgrading to enhance economic strength, strengthening technology to promote high-quality development of ecological civilization, setting up a mechanism to strictly observe the red line of resource protection, and constructing a guarantee system to optimize the construction environment.更多还原
