【摘要】 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年瘙痒症的疗效。方法选择2016年1月—2018年3月本院收治的78例老年瘙痒症患者作为研究对象用随机数字表法分为观察组(39例)和对照组(39例)。对照组给予润燥止痒胶囊口服治疗,对照组在此基础上,给予窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗。记录治疗前后患者瘙痒程度、瘙痒面积、皮损情况评分;记录治疗有效率及不良反应。结果观察组治疗后在瘙痒程度、瘙痒面积、皮损情况等方面评分明显降低且低于对照组;观察组有效率(89.74%)明显高于对照组(71.79%),P<0.05。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论应用窄谱中波紫外线联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年瘙痒症的疗效良好,能明显改善瘙痒问题,恢复老年人健康,不良反应较少且可耐受,具有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of narrow bound ultra violet B light( NB-UVB) combined with run zao zhi yang capsule in the treatment of senile pruritus. Methods 78 elderly patients with pruritus admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into observation group( 39 cases) and control group( 39 cases) by random number table method. The control group was given run zao zhi yang capsule orally,and the control group was given the NB-UVB irradiation treatment on this basis. The pruritus degree,pruritus area and skin damage before and after treatment were recorded. Effective rate and adverse reactions were recorded. Results After treatment,pruritus degree,area of pruritus,and skin lesions in the observation group were significantly reduced and lower than those in the control group. The effective rate of the observation group( 89.74%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 71.79%),P<0.05. There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups,P > 0. 05. Conclusions The application of NB-UVB combined with run zao zhi yang capsule in the treatment of pruritus in the elderly has a good effect,which can significantly improve the pruritus problem,restore the health of the elderly,with less adverse reactions and tolerability,and has clinical promotion value.更多还原
