【摘要】 目的探讨膀胱淋巴上皮瘤样癌(LELCB)的临床特点及诊疗方法,进一步提高诊治率。方法回顾性分析1例LELCB患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献进行讨论。结果患者术前膀胱镜检示膀胱肿瘤,行膀胱部分切除术,术后病理示:膀胱淋巴上皮瘤样癌;免疫组化染色:AE1/AE3(+)、CK7(+)、p63(+)、p40(+),EBER(-),术后常规吉西他滨膀胱灌注。结论 LELCB是一种罕见的尿路上皮癌变异亚型,临床特点与影像学检查无明显特征,主要还是要依靠病理学及免疫组化来确诊,手术切除及辅助治疗为主要治疗方式,预后较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment methods of lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of urinary bladder( LELCB),improving the rate of diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical date of the case with LELC of bladder were analyzed,and reviewed related literature. Results Preoperative cystoscopy prompted bladder tumor was found in the patient,and then the patient underwent partial cystectomy. Postoperative pathological results revealed that the tumor was lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of urinary bladder. Immunohistochemical staining reveled AE1/AE3( +),CK7( +),P63( +),P40( +),EBER(-)and the patient took gemcitabine intravesical instillation after operation.Conclusions LELCB is a rare variant of urothelial carcinoma. Clinical features and imaging examination showed no obvious characteristics, and its diagnosis mainly rely on pathology and immunohistochemistry. The treatment is mainly performed by surgical resection and adjuvant therapy,and the prognosis is fine.更多还原
