【Abstract】 Myelodysplastic syndrome( MDS) is a group of heterogeneous clonal malignant diseases. In recent years,most studies have shown that epigenetic abnormality is one of the important pathogenesis of Myelodysplastic syndrome. At present,DNMTIs have been used in the treatment of Myelodysplastic syndromes with certain curative effect.
