【摘要】 目的研究氨磺必利联合r TMS对首发精神分裂症患者阴性症状及认知功能的影响。方法将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,氨磺必利联合r TMS组(研究组)30例,氨磺必利组(对照组)30例,对两组治疗前、治疗后不同时间点进行PANSS、SANS、TESS、RBANS评定。结果两组治疗前后不同时间点的PANSS、SANS、RBANS量表评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),时间与分组无交互作用(P>0.05),两组间PANSS、SANS、RBANS量表评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);各时间点两组间PANSS、SANS、RBANS量表评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组出现副反应人数的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨磺必利联合r TMS较单用氨磺必利对精神分裂症患者阴性症状及认知功能的影响无显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the amisulpride combined r TMS on negative symptoms and cognitive function in patients with first episode schizophrenia. Methods Sixty patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups. A total of 30 patients were treated with amisulpride combined with r TMS( research group),the other 30 patients were treated with amisulpride( control group). PANSS,SANS,TESS and RBANS of different time points before and after treatment were evaluated. Results The scores of PANSS,SANS and RBANS scales of the two groups at different time points before and after treatment were statistically significant( P<0.001). No interaction between time and group( P > 0. 05). There was no statistically significant between the two groups of PANSS,SANS and RBANS scales( P > 0. 05. There was no statistically significant between the two groups of PANSS,SANS and RBANS scales ate different time point( P > 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the number of side reactions between the two groups( P>0.05).Conclusions The effect of amisulpride combined r TMS on the negative symptoms and cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia was equal to that use of amisulpride only.更多还原
