【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)合并妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)孕妇血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α的水平变化及临床意义。方法选择本院妇产科于2015年5月—2016年12月期间收治的GDM合并HDCP的28例患者为观察组,另选择同期30例GDM孕妇(未合并HDCP)纳入GDM组,30例健康孕妇纳入对照组,比较不同组别受检者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平,分析血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α与HOMA-IR的相关性。结果血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α及HOMA-IR水平在对照组、GDM组及观察组三组间依次升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,GDM合并HDCP患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α及HOMA-IR间均存在显著正相关性(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者监测血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平变化可有效反应疾病的发生、发展,并对妊娠期高血压的发生有一定的预测价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus( GDM) complicated with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy( HDCP). Methods 28 cases of GDM and HDCP patients treated in Obstetrics and gynecology department in our hospital from May 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group,selected 30 pregnant women with GDM( without HDCP) into the GDM group,30 healthy pregnant women as the control group,the serum hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and HOMA-IR in different groups of subjects were compared,correlation analysis of serum hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and HOMA-IR were analyzed. Results The serum hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and HOMA-IR levels in the control group,GDM group and observation group were significantly increased in turn,the differences were of statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Correlation analysis showed that there were significantly positive correlation among patients with GDM and HDCP of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α with HOMA-IR( P<0.05).Conclusions The changes of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α levels in patients with GDM can effectively respond to the occurrence and development of the disease,and have some predictive value for the occurrence of HDCP.更多还原
