【摘要】 目的探讨rTMS对精神分裂症衰退患者阳性、阴性症状的改善作用及其对左、右脑脑电α波功率的影响。方法精神分裂症衰退患者31例,进行10 Hz rTMS治疗4周,分别于治疗前、后评价其阳性、阴性症状量表分值并比较左、右脑脑电α频段功率。结果经rTMS治疗后,精神分裂症衰退患者的阳性症状(t=3.594,P=0.001)、阴性症状分值(t=10.734)均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);左、右脑额叶α频段功率开始出现左侧化优势(Fp1与Fp2,F7与F8脑电功率相比较,P<0.05)。结论 rTMS对精神分裂症衰退患者阴性症状、阳性症状均有一定的改善作用,治疗后出现大脑α频段额叶功率的左侧优势的出现,可能是其改善作用的脑电变化特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of rTMS in the treatment of positive and negative symptoms of deteriorated schizophrenic patients and the effect on the lateralization in α power of the left and right brain.Methods 31 deteriorated schizophrenia patients underwent 10 Hz rTMS for 4 weeks. Before and after the rTMS,PANSS,SANS and the alpha frequency power of left and right brain were evaluated. Results After one month of rTMS,the positive and negative syndromes scale scores( t = 3.594,P = 0.001),and the negative symptoms( t = 10.734,P < 0. 001) scores of the deteriorated schizophrenic patients were significantly lower than those before the treatment. Deteriorated schizophrenia patients exhibited significantly stronger α power lateralization on the left prefrontal lobe( Fp1 versus Fp2,F7 versus F8,P < 0. 05). Conclusions rTMS is effective for the negative symptoms and positive symptoms of deteriorated schizophrenic patients,the left dominance of frontal lobe power in the brain after treatment is probably the characteristic of EEG changes.更多还原
