【摘要】 目的:研究水族抗痹症药酒的急性毒性,确定其安全范围。方法:抗痹症药酒及对照白酒不同浓度小鼠一次灌胃给药,观察7 d内小鼠死亡数,Bliss法测定小鼠的LD₅₀。结果:抗痹症药酒小鼠一次经口给药LD₅₀=29.664ml/kg,LD₅₀的95%可信限为26.452³1.904ml/kg;白酒对照组小鼠一次经口给药LD₅₀=27.222 ml/kg,LD₅₀的95%的可信限=24.194²9.759ml/kg。结论:抗痹症药酒临床建议成人适用量23.4ml/d,服用安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the acute toxicity of aquatic anti-arthralgia medicinal liquor and determine its safety scope. Methods: Mice with different concentrations of aquatic anti-arthralgia medicinal liquor and controlled liquor were administered intragastrically once a day,and the number of mice died within 7 days was observed. The LD₅₀ of mice was determined by Bliss method. Result: The one-dose oral administration of aquatic anti-arthralgia medicinal liquor LD₅₀ was 29.664ml/kg,the 95% confidence limit of LD₅₀ was26.452 31.904ml/kg. In the control group of white wine,one dose administration LD₅₀ was 27.222ml/kg,the 95% confidence limit of LD₅₀= 24.194 29.759 ml/kg. Conclusion: The clinical application of aquatic anti-arthralgia medicinal liquor is recommended to be 23.4ml/d for adult use.更多还原
