【摘要】 目的探讨研究手术室护理干预对肿瘤手术患者应激反应的影响效果。方法将于本院行肿瘤手术治疗患者中随机抽出108例,将其平均分成观察、对照两组。其中,对照组选择常规护理,观察组选择手术室护理干预模式,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组术后预后情况均优于对照组;观察组术中SBP、DBP及HR等各项应激指标均较对照组对应值稳定;观察组SDS、SAS评分较对照组对应值低,且P<0.05。结论针对肿瘤手术患者围术期间应用手术室护理干预模式,有效稳定其机体应激指标的同时有利于改善患者不良情绪,且其预后改善效果显著,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of operating room nursing intervention on stress response of patients undergoing tumor surgery.METHODS 108 patients were randomLy selected and divided into two groups:observation and control.Among them,the control group chose routine nursing,the observation group chose the operating room nursing intervention model,and compared the clinical effects of the two groups of patients.RESULTS The prognosis of the observation group was better than that of the control group.In the observation group,SBP,DBP,HR and other stress indicators were more stable than those in the control group.The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and P <0.05.CONCLUSIONS For tumor patients during perioperative use of operating room nursing intervention mode,effectively stabilize its body stress index is helpful to improve patients bad feelings at the same time,and its prognosis improvement effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.更多还原
