【摘要】 目的研究与比较早期子宫内膜癌应用腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗的效果。方法选取我院收治的早期子宫内膜癌患者100例,将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规开腹手术进行治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗。观察比较两组治疗情况。结果观察组治疗情况优于对照组,且P<0.05。结论与开腹手术相比,采用腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌患者的效果更为显著,且具有微创、患者术后恢复快等优势,因此值得应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study and compare the effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of early endometrial carcinoma.METHODS 100 patients with early endometrial carcinoma were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated by conventional laparotomy,and the observation group by laparoscopic surgery.The treatment was observed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS The treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic surgery is more effective in the treatment of early endometrial carcinoma,and has the advantages of minimally invasive,quick recovery and so on.It is worth applying and popularizing.更多还原
