【摘要】 目的:探讨医护一体化-加速康复模式在冠状动脉搭桥手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将76例冠状动脉搭桥手术患者随机分为对照组36例和干预组40例,对照组给予常规围术期护理,干预组在此基础上实施医护一体化-加速康复模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者术后第2、3、4、5天视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。干预组心律失常、肺不张、肺部感染发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05),住院时间短于对照组(P <0. 05),住院费用少于对照组(P <0. 05),护理满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:医护一体化-加速康复模式可缩短冠状动脉搭桥手术患者的住院时间,减少住院费用,降低术后并发症发生率,减轻疼痛,提高护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application of health care integration accelerated rehabilitation mode in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods: A total of 76 patients with coronary artery bypass grafting were randomly divided into control group(n = 36) and intervention group(n = 40). The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the intervention group was given integrated medical accelerated rehabilitation nursing on the basis of which,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results:There were significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups on the 2nd,3rd,4th and 5th day after operation(P < 0. 05). The incidence of arrhythmia,atelectasis and pulmonary infection in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0. 05),the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group(P < 0. 05),the hospitalization cost was less than that in the control group(P < 0. 05),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P < 0. 05).
