【摘要】 目的:探讨综合护理干预在腹部超声引导下冻融胚胎移植手术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将80例行冻存第3天卵裂期胚胎复苏后在腹部超声引导下移植的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理措施,实验组在对照组基础上实施围术期综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:实验组妊娠率、种植率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:围术期综合护理干预应用于腹部超声引导下冻融胚胎移植手术患者,可改善患者妊娠结局,提高患者护理工作满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients undergoing frozen thawed embryo transfer under abdominal ultrasound guidance. Methods: 80 patients with third days of frozen embryo resuscitation were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group adopted the routine nursing measures.The experimental group implemented the perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and compared the two groups of nursing effects. Results: The pregnancy rate and implantation rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0. 05); the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P <0. 05).
