【摘要】 目的:了解社区骨干护士科研能力现状及影响因素,量化分析结果,为社区骨干护士科研能力的培养与发展提供有效理论依据。方法:采用潘银河版《护理人员科研能力量表》对200名社区骨干护士进行问卷调查,比较不同年龄、学历、职称、职务、工作年限、发表论文和进修科研课程情况的社区骨干护士科研能力得分。结果:社区骨干护士科研能力得分为(43.04±23.80)分,各维度得分由高到低为发现问题能力、文献查阅能力、科研实践、论文写作、资料处理、科研设计。不同年龄、学历、职称、职务、工作年限、发表论文和进修科研课程情况的社区骨干护士科研能力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区护理管理决策者应结合社区骨干护士个体科研能力情况,制定有利于提高其科研能力的方案,从而带动社区护理事业蓬勃发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obejctive: To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the scientific research ability of the backbone nurses in the community,and quantify the analysis results,so as to provide effective theoretical basis for the training and development of the scientific research ability of the backbone nurses in the community. Methods: The questionnaire survey of Pan Yinghe’s version,called the nurses’ research capability scale,was conducted among 200 community backbone nurses. The scores of scientific research ability of the community backbone nurses were compared among different age,education,title,duty,working years,published papers,and training courses.Results: The score of scientific research ability of the community backbone nurses is( 43. 04 ± 23. 80),and the scores of all dimensions are from high to low,which are the ability of finding problems,the ability of literature searching,research practice,thesis writing,data processing,and scientific research design. There was a statistically significant difference in research ability among the community nurses with different ages,educational backgrounds,professional titles,positions,working years,published papers,and refresher courses( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Community nursing management decision makers should combine the individual scientific research ability of the backbone nurses in the community to draw up a plan to improve their scientific research ability,so as to drive the vigorous development of the community nursing business.更多还原
