【摘要】 目的分析肠内和肠外营养对胃肠道肿瘤患者术后恢复、免疫功能的影响。方法选取2014年3月—2017年3月吴忠市人民医院接收的胃肠道肿瘤患者60例,随机分成两组:甲组30例予以早期肠内营养支持,乙组30例予以肠外营养支持,对两组术后各指标、不良反应发生率进行比较。结果两组患者术前各项血清指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,甲组患者各项血清指标水平优于乙组(P<0.05)。两组IgM、IgG、IgA等指标术前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,甲组IgM、IgG、IgA改善效果优于乙组(P<0.05)。甲组不良反应发生率6.67%,明显低于乙组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论临床对胃肠道肿瘤患者术后予以早期肠内营养支持,效果比肠外营养支持更有效,可在改善患者血清指标的基础上有效防治并发症,可推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the Effect of Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition on Postoperative Recovery and Immune function in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods 60 cases of gastrointestinal tumors received from March 2014 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: group A(30 cases) received early enteral nutrition support, group B(30 cases) received parenteral nutrition support. The incidence of adverse reactions was compared. Results Before operation, there was no significant difference in serum index between the two groups(P>0.05). After operation, the serum levels of group A were better than those of group B, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before operation, there were no significant differences between the two groups of IgM, IgG, IgA and other indicators(P>0.05). After operation, the immune function of group A was better than that of group B, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 6.67%, which was significantly lower than that in group B(26. 67%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Eearly enteral nutrition support is more effective than parenteral nutrition support in patients with gastrointestinal cancer after operation. It can effectively prevent and cure complications on the basis of improving serum index of patients.更多还原
