【摘要】 目的探究大学生错HE畸形与积极情绪消极情绪状态比较分析。方法对大连某高校578名大学生进行错HE畸形检查及积极情绪消极情绪问卷调查。数据采用统计学软件SPSS 22.0统计学分析。结果在颜貌特征中,不同颜貌类型和颏部形态均会影响积极情绪,而不会影响消极情绪;但颏唇沟对积极情绪消极情绪均无显著影响。在牙齿特征分析中,牙列拥挤对积极情绪消极情绪均无显著影响,但中线偏斜可对消极情绪产生影响。在正畸主观意识分析中,对口腔健康的态度对积极情绪消极情绪均有不同程度的影响,而对牙齿及面部的自我评价不同会影响消极情绪而不会对积极情绪产生显著影响。结论大学生错HE畸形存在某种程度上与积极情绪消极情绪有一定的关系,正畸医师在治疗前应准确评估患者的情绪状态,在治疗方案制定及治疗结果实现上注意这些方面,协助医患沟通,提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparative Analysis of malocclusion and positive and negative affect among College Students.Methods A total of 578 undergraduates in a university in Dalian were investigated for malformation and questionnaires of positive and negative affect.Results In the facial features,different facial features and chin shapes affected positive emotions without affecting negative emotions;however,the chin and lip groove had no signifi cant effect on positive emotions and negative emotions.In dental characteristics analysis,dental crowding had no signifi cant effect on positive emotions and negative emotions but shifting of midline had an impact on negative emotions.In the orthodontic subjective consciousness analysis,the attitude toward oral health has different effects on the positive emotions and negative emotions,while the self-evaluation on the teeth and the face can affect the negative emotions without affecting the positive emotions signifi cantly.Conclusions There is a certain relationship between malocclusion and positive and negative affect among college students, and orthodontic physicians should accurately evaluate the emotional state of the patients before treatment to improve the treatment outcome.更多还原
