【摘要】 目的研究耳垂下小切口行腮腺下极良性肿瘤功能性切除术的疗效。方法选取2012年1月～2016年12月我院收治的腮腺瘤患者26例作为研究对象,采用抽签的方法将其分成实验组与参照组,各13例。参照组使用传统手术方法进行治疗,实验组使用耳垂下小切口手术方法进行治疗。结果对比分析两组患者的手术指标与术后情况,实验组手术指标更好,更具有优势。结论耳垂下小切口在腮腺肿瘤患者的应用中,取得了很好的治疗效果,比传统的手术方法更具优势,该治疗方法值得在临床医学中推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of functional resection of inferior parotid gland benign tumor with small incision under the earlobe.Methods 26 cases of mumps adenoma treated in our hospital during January 2012～2016 December were divided into two groups:the experimental group and the reference group,13 cases in each group;the reference group was treated with the traditional surgical method,and the experimental group was treated with the small incision under the ear lobe.Results The operative index and postoperative condition of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the operative index of the experimental group was better and more advantageous.Conclusion The small incision under the ear lobe has achieved good therapeutic effect in the application of the parotid tumor,which is more advantageous than the traditional method.The treatment method is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.更多还原
