【摘要】 目的探讨颧骨复合体折手术新入路方法及疗效。方法 11例颧骨复合体骨折患者,采用经耳屏拐杖型切口切开,暴露术区,在直视下进行复位并使用微型钛板进行坚固内固定。结果术后通过临床及影像学检查随访,骨折复位效果良好,瘢痕隐蔽,无面瘫等严重并发症。结论此手术方法创伤小,伤口隐蔽,解剖层次清晰,可为颧骨复合体骨折手术提供良好视野,值得临床推广。更多还原
