基于水模型实验的“Fortin”型气泡动力学研究
The study of "Fortin" bubble dynamics based on water model experiment
【摘要】 阳极底掌下气泡的行为直接影响电解过程中相间的传热传质、阳极电流分布、槽电压降以及阳极效应的发生,对铝电解工业生产影响重大。本文基于几何和动力相似原理,设计和搭建了水模型实验平台,对不同当量直径和倾角下的气泡进行研究,选用计算分析软件MATLAB对单个"Fortin"型大气泡的形状曲线进行了拟合,得出"Fortin"型气泡形状的近似函数,探讨和分析倾斜阳极下单个大气泡的运动特征,气泡终极速度以及特征尺寸随气泡体积及阳极倾角的变化关系。
【Abstract】 The behavior of anode bubbles could directly affect the heat and mass transfer between phases,the distribution of anode current density,the voltage drop and anode effect,so it has great influence on aluminum reduction industry. In this paper,a water model experiment platform is designed and constructed based on the principles of geometric and dynamic similarities,and the bubbles under different equivalent diameters and anode inclination angle are studied,the shape curve of " Fortin" bubble was fitted by using the MATLAB,concluding the approximate function of " Fortin" bubble. The motion characteristics of single bubble are discussed and analyzed,and changes in the relationship between ultimate velocity and feature size with different bubble volumes and anode inclination angle are obtained.
