【摘要】 以Mg-x Sn-1.5Al-1Zn-1Si合金为研究对象,在不同温度下进行拉伸试验,分析了该合金的高温变形特征。结果表明:当温度一定时,合金的屈服应力随合金元素含量的增加而增加;当合金元素含量确定后,临界应力随着温度的增加而减小。在高温拉伸过程中,镁合金材料外层金属变形量小,塑性较差;内层金属变形量大,塑性较好;这种差异性随着变形温度的升高而逐渐增大。在变形温度低于200℃时,合金具有较高的强度保持率,随着变形温度升高,抗拉强度下降幅度不大;在变形温度高于250℃时,合金的强度保持率较低,随着变形温度升高,抗拉强度下降幅度显著。

【Abstract】 High temperature deformation behavior of Mg-xSn-1.5Al-1Zn-1Si alloy had been studied based tensile experiment under different temperatures. The results showed that yield stress increased with the increasing of alloying element concentration at certain temperature,while the critical stress decreased with the temperature increasing at certain alloying element concentration. The outer of the deformation alloy had a small deformation and poor ductility during high temperature tensile processing,while the inner had a large deformation and good ductility,this otherness increased with the testing temperature increasing. The decrease amplitude of tensile strength was small with deformation temperature increasing below 200℃ and the alloy had superior strength preservation rate,while the tensile strength declined obviously with deformation temperature increasing above 250℃ and the alloy had inferior strength preservation rate.
