西宁市惰性建筑垃圾管理系统的环境评价
Environmental evaluation of the inert construction waste management system in Xining
【摘要】 为了研究西宁市惰性建筑垃圾的管理方式,通过实地调研对其现状进行了分析;并引入再生骨料技术,运用生命周期评价和社会支付意愿的方法,比较三种惰性建筑垃圾处理方式的环境影响值;以再生利用率为变量,对改进后的管理系统进行情景模拟分析。结果表明:三种惰性建筑垃圾处理方式中,填埋的综合环境影响分值最高,再生砖次之,再生骨料最低;引入再生骨料技术,随着再生利用率的升高,改进后管理系统的综合环境影响值随之降低,最高可比系统现状减少约88%的环境影响。改进后建筑垃圾管理系统是较为合理的组合模式。
【Abstract】 In order to study the treatment of inert construction waste in Xining,the current situation of the management system was analyzed through field research,and the recycled aggregate technology was introduced to compare the environmental impact values of three kinds of inert construction waste disposal methods by using the method of life cycle assessment and social willing-to-pay.The improved management system was stimulated and analyzed by using recycled efficiency rate as a variable. The research shows that among the three kinds of inert construction waste treatment methods,the comprehensive environmental impact score of land fill is the highest,followed by recycled solid brick,and recycling aggregate is the lowest. After the applying of the recycled aggregate technology,the comprehensive environmental impact of the improving management system decreased with the increase of the recycling rate,and the environmental impact cost of the comparable system was reduced up to 88%. The results can provide a reference for the management of inert construction waste in Xining.
