【摘要】 在发达国家,凡是商业化生产铝罐料的铝板带生产企业都建有废罐回收与再生项目。2017年全世界罐身3104铝合金带材产量约达4 000 kt,中国的产量约400 kt。国外罐身带材的再生废罐料用含量约60%,而中国的废料用量为零。诺贝丽斯铝业公司规划2020年的3104铝合金带材罐料的废料用量应达90%,真正实现最优化循环。国外企业在红红火火地建设废罐回收再生项目,而国内建设却鸦雀无声,值得深思,宜尽快建设这类项目,并研究用一个合金制罐及其生产工艺,这是中国成为铝加工强国必须补上的短板。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aluminum alloy sheet and strip manufacturers in developed countries who commercially producing can materials all have can recycle and reuse projects. 2017 saw about4000 kt 3104 aluminum alloy materials for can body in the world,but only about 400 kt in China. The used beverage can(UBC) for the can body accounted for about 60% of the global can body strips,but none UBC was used in China. Novelis Aluminum planed to realize the optimized recycling in 2020,with 90% can strips recovered from 3104 aluminum alloy UBC.It is worth our pondering why foreign enterprises have been building the UBC regeneration projects in full swing,but Chinese enterprises in full silence. It is necessary to build the can regeneration project in China,develop an alloy used for cans and its production process.
