Al-9.0Zn-2.06Mg-2.12Cu-0.13Zr合金铸锭均匀化退火制度研究
Study on the annealing system of Al-9. 0Zn-2. 06Mg-2. 12Cu-0. 13Zr aluminum alloy ingot
【摘要】 对新研发的高合金化Al-9.0Zn-2.06Mg-2.12Cu-0.13Zr合金铸态样品进行不同工艺的均匀化退火试验,结合DSC曲线分析和组织观察,确定该合金适宜的均匀化退火制度。结果表明,试验铝合金适合采用双级均匀化退火处理,制度为430℃12 h+470℃60 h。
【Abstract】 The homogenizing annealing experiment with different processes was carried out on the newly developed as-cast samples of highly-alloyed Al-9. 0 Zn-2. 06 Mg-2. 12 Cu-0. 13 Zr aluminum alloy. The suitable homogenizing annealing mechanism was determined after DSC curve analysis and structure observation. The results show that the two-stage homogenizing annealing mechanism is suitable for the experimental alloy,which is 430℃ 12 h + 470℃ 60 h.
