提高AZ91D镁合金性能的途径及研究展望

【摘要】 评述了国内外细化AZ91D镁合金晶粒的方法(碳质孕育法、添加合金元素法、机械变形处理法、半固态成形法),以及通过复合增强及热处理方法(均匀化退火、固溶处理、人工时效、二次热处理、表面热处理)提升AZ91D镁合金性能的机制。对其发展前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The methods of refining AZ91 D magnesium alloy grains at home and abroad were expounded in this paper,such as carbonaceous inoculation,adding alloying element,mechanical deformation treatment,and semi-solid forming process. It was also stated how to improve the properties of AZ91 D magnesium alloy by compound strengthening and heat treatments. The heat treatment methods include homogenizing annealing,solid solution treatment,artificial aging,secondary heat treatment and surface heat treatment. Its development was prospected as well.
