基于螺旋切割装置的富氧水制备及其工艺优化
Preparation of Oxygen-Enriched Water by Spiral Cutter and Its Process Optimization
【摘要】 为了实现制备富氧水对低能耗、高含氧、易操作的要求,采用静态螺旋切割细分子化技术自主开发设计了富氧水制备装置。通过实验研究了富氧水装置的氧气流量、氧气压力、水的流量和水的压力等4个关键参数对富氧水氧气的质量浓度的影响,并基于响应曲面法对其生产性能进行优化。试验结果表明,所测试的富氧水制备装置,其最优生产工艺参数组合为:氧气流量0.9 L/min,氧气压力0.25 MPa,水的流量0.6 m3/h,水的压力0.4 MPa。试验证明,优化后制备的富氧水氧气的质量浓度可高达47.12 mg/L,较优化前氧气的质量浓度提高了26.5%,富氧水制备装置的生产性能得到了较大改善。
【Abstract】 In order to prepare oxygen-enriched water with low energy consumption,high oxygen content and easy operation,a static spiral cutter and a set of equipment for oxygen-enriched water preparation were designed. Four key parameters—the oxygen flow rate,oxygen pressure,the pressure of the water and the water flow rate of the preparation equipment,which affect the oxygen concentration of oxygen-enriched water was studied experimentally. The production performance was optimized based on the response surface methodology. The experimental results show that the optimal production process parameters are composed of 0. 9 L/min of the oxygen flow,0. 25 MPa of the oxygen pressure,0. 6 m3/h of the water flow and 0. 4 MPa of the water pressure. It is proved that the oxygen content of the prepared oxygenenriched water can reach up to 47. 12 mg/L under optimal condition,which is increased by 26. 5 % before optimization.The production performance of oxygen-enriched water preparation device has been greatly improved.
