【摘要】 目的总结婴幼儿心脏死亡肾脏捐献(DCD)供成人肾移植的临床经验,探讨其临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析原济南军区总医院2012年8月—2017年1月10例婴幼儿DCD供肾成人肾移植的临床资料,总结婴幼儿心脏死亡肾脏捐献供成人肾移植的手术方法、免疫抑制剂应用、并发症及其相关处理和随访情况。结果10例成人尿毒症患者接受了婴幼儿DCD供肾移植。随访时间为(8.3±7.4)个月,肾小球滤过率评估值均逐渐增加至稳定水平,均获得了较好的生活状态。结论婴幼儿DCD供肾成人肾移植取得了较为满意的临床疗效和安全性。发育成熟的婴幼儿即可成为DCD供肾成人肾移植的合格肾源,并有望成为DCD供肾成人肾移植的重要来源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize clinical experience of adult kidney transplantation from children donation after cardiac death(DCD) and to discuss the clinical efficacy and safety. Methods Retrospective analysing the clinical data of 10 patients in Jinan Military General Hospital from August 2012 to January 2017,who received adult kidney transplantation from child DCD. The surgical options,immunosuppression,complications with its related treatment and follow-up were summarized. Results Ten adult renal transplantation were performed from children DCD and followed up of 8.3 ±7.4 months,estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR) increased to stable level. All the recipients obtained the ideal state of life respectively. Conclusions Adult kidney transplantation from children DCD is effective and safe. It is different from adult donation in organ harvesting,recipient selection,kidney trimming,surgical option and treatment after operation.更多还原
