【摘要】 目的研究自拟复方葛根片对老龄大鼠子宫的保护作用。方法 40只Wistar大鼠随机分成5组(正常组、模型组、复方葛根片低、中、高剂量组),每组8只。按相关试剂盒操作分别测定血清中雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)浓度;采用TUNEL法检测衰老大鼠子宫的细胞凋亡情况。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠E2浓度降低,FSH、LH、PRL浓度升高(P<0.01),造模成功;与模型组比较,复方葛根片各用药组中E2浓度升高,FSH、LH、PRL浓度降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与正常组比较,模型组大鼠子宫切片中红色荧光明显增多,凋亡指数显著增加(P<0.01);与模型组比较,复方葛根片各用药组中红色荧光明显减少,凋亡指数显著减小(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论复方葛根片能调节雌激素水平,同时抑制老龄大鼠子宫细胞凋亡,减少凋亡细胞的产生,起到保护子宫,延缓衰老作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the protective effect of Compound Radix Puerariae tablet on the uterus of senile rats. Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(normal group,model group and low,medium,and high TLC dose group),8 rats in each group. According to the related kit serum estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL) concentration were determined;by using TUNEL uterine was detected in cell apoptosis. Results Compared with the normal group,the rats in the model group E2 concentration decreased,FSH,LH,PRL concentration increased(P <0.01),showing the model was successful;compared with the model group,the treatment group of Compound Pueraria tablets in the higher concentration of E2,FSH,LH,PRL decreased(P <0.05 or P <0.01). Compared with the normal group,the red fluorescence of uterine sections in model group were significantly increased,the apoptotic index was significantly increased(P<0.01);compared with the model group,Compound Pueraria tablets and red fluorescence in the high dose group and low dose group were significantly reduced,the rightness decreased,apoptosis index decreased significantly(P <0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion Compound Radix Puerariae tablet can inhibit the apoptosis of uterus cells,reduce the production of apoptotic cells,regulate the estrogen level,and protect the uterus and has anti-aging effect in the aged model rats.更多还原
