【摘要】 目的探讨超声多切面联合多普勒检查在胎儿心脏畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法选取本院妇产科2016年6月至2017年1月确诊的胎儿心脏畸形的孕妇100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用多普勒检查法,观察组采用超声多切面联合多普勒检查。比较两组胎儿心脏畸形的检出率和漏诊率。结果对照组孕妇胎儿心脏畸形检出率为88%,观察组中孕妇胎儿心脏畸形检出率为98%,对照组中胎儿心脏畸形的漏检率为12%,观察组胎儿心脏畸形的漏检率为2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声多切面联合多普勒检查对胎儿心脏畸形的检出率高,漏诊率低,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound multi-slice combined with Doppler examination in screening fetal heart malformation.Methods A total of 100 cases of pregnant women who had been diagnosed as fetal heart malformation from June 2016 to January2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was examined by Doppler examination.The observation group was examined by ultrasonic multi-slice combined with Doppler.The detection rate and missing rate were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,the detection rate was 88%.In the observation group,the detection rate was 98%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.05).The missing rate of the control group was 12%,and the missing rate of the observation group was 2%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound multi-section combined with Doppler test is a new method for the detection of fetal heart malformation in pregnant women.The probability of misdiagnosis is low,and this method is worth of clinical promotion.更多还原
