基于集中拓扑式总线的电池管理系统的设计
Design of Battery Management System Based on Centralized Topology Bus
【摘要】 为了对144 V锂动力电池进行在线检测与管理,设计了以Freescale公司MC9S12XET256MAL单片机作为主控芯片、集中式拓扑总线结构的电池管理系统,实时检测电池电压、电流、温度等基本参数;采用开路电压结合安时积分通过卡尔曼滤波算法进行SOC估算;同时以双路CAN总线实现数据通信,对锂动力电池进行有效管理和控制。研制出的样机在实际测试验证中,系统的检测、通信、估算、控制等功能达到技术指标。
【Abstract】 For detecting and managing the 144 V Li-ion battery online,a battery management system( BMS) was designed with Freescale’s MC9S12XET256MAL microcontroller as the master chip. A centralized topology bus structure was designed for the BMS. The BMS could be used to measure the basic parameters of battery such as voltage,current and temperature in real time,and the open-circuit voltage combined with the ampere hour integral method was used to estimate SOC by the Kalman filtering algorithm. Meanwhile in the system,double CAN bus line was used to achieve the data communication function. In short,the system could be used to effectively manage and control the lithium battery. In the actual test validation,the developed prototype’s functions,such as detection,communication,estimation,control,achieve technical indicators.
