乘用车副仪表板扶手开启加载失效模式的研究
Research on Loading Failure Mode of folded up floor console armrest
【摘要】 本文根据实验数据,分析总结了乘用车副仪表板扶手开启状态下加载过程的主要失效模式。结合当前乘用车副仪表板扶手结构设计的主要特点,依据力学原理对失效原因进行了理论分析。确定止位结构发白断裂是扶手开启加载时最常见的失效形式,而止位力臂的长度、止位结构的承载截面积,以及铰链盖板和扶手储物箱所用材料的弯曲断裂强度是影响失效的关键因素。并根据产品不同的设计开发阶段,提出了相应的结构设计指导与规范,对乘用车副仪表板扶手的结构设计开发具有较高的参考价值。摘要:
【Abstract】 Based on the experimental data,this paper analyzed and summarized the main failure modes when loading an abuse force on the armrest of the vehicle floor console.Referenced with the main characteristics of the current design of the passenger vehicle’s floor console armrest,the failure causes are theoretically analyzed based on the mechanics principle.The most common failure mode during loading on the folded-up armrest is fracture or breaking on the stopping structure.And the length of the stopping arm,the bearing crosssectional area of the stopping structure,and the materials bending strength of the hinge cover and the storage box,respectively,are the key factors affecting the failure.The corresponding structural design guidance and specifications are proposed for the different development phases of the product.It has a high reference value for the structural design of the passenger car floor console armrest.
