一种汽车防撞梁轻量化结构的仿真分析与试验研究

【摘要】 为兼顾汽车结构轻量化和碰撞安全性的要求,本文中提出了一种铝合金波纹板加强结构设计方案用来加强盒形汽车防撞梁。通过建模与仿真研究了波纹板的不同结构特征和参数对防撞梁加强作用的影响,并进行了集中载荷和均布载荷条件下的试验验证。仿真和试验的结果均表明,铝合金波纹板加强结构是汽车防撞梁轻量化设计的有效方法,具有重大的工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 In order to concurrently take into consideration the both requirements on lightweight structure and impact safety,a design scheme of aluminum alloy corrugated plate is proposed to strengthen the rectangular anti-collision beams of vehicles.Models are built and simulations are conducted to study the effects of the different structural features and parameters of corrugated plate on the strengthening results of anti-collision beams,which are then verified by tests under the conditions of both concentrated and uniformly distributed loadings.The results of both simulations and tests show that the strengthening structure of aluminum alloy corrugated plate is an effective way for the lightweight design of vehicle anti-collision beams,having significant value in engineering application.
