基于PSI方法的多材料车身部件选材研究

【摘要】 本文中基于PSI方法无需确定属性权重的优势,综合考虑材料固有属性、制造工艺性、安全和环保性等特性,采用PSI方法进行多材料车身部件选材的研究。首先阐述了基于PSI方法选材的基本步骤,系统确定了车身部件选材的评价指标及其量化方法,并将环境影响作为一个可量化的因素进行考虑;然后建立了选材决策矩阵,并通过求解备选材料的偏好指数,确定最佳材料方案;最后将该方法应用于某轿车车门的选材研究,通过仿真验证了该方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 Based on the advantage of preference selection index( PSI) method,i. e. multi-attribute decision-making without attribute weighting,and concurrently considering the inherent properties,manufacturability,safety and environmental protection performance of materials,the component material selection for multi-material autobody is studied with PSI method in this paper. Firstly,the basic procedures of material selection with PSI method are elaborated; the evaluation indicators of material selection for autobody components and the way of their quantification are determined systematically,with environmental impact taken into consideration as quantifiable factors.Then the decision matrix is built so that the best material combination is determined based on the calculated preference indices of candidate materials. Finally the method proposed is applied to the material selection of a car door and the results of simulation verify the effectiveness of the method.
