【摘要】 [目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆联盟的特色数据库建设提供参考。[方法/过程]阐述区域性高校图书馆联盟特色数据库共建共享现状,分析其存在问题/建设的必要性和可行性,结合成功案例探讨区域性高校图书馆联盟特色数据库共建共享的实施策略。[结果/结论]提出建立健全组织机构,对特色数据库的共建共享进行行之有效的组织、协调和管理;遵循平等互惠原则,完善共建共享机制;构建联盟特色数据库中心门户和整合平台,做好共享服务工作;制订并严格执行统一的标准规范,确保资源的共享效果等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide reference for characteristic database construction of university library consortia. [Method/process] The paper elaborates the co-construction and sharing status quo of characteristic database of university library consortia, analyzes the problems, necessity and feasibility, and discusses the implementation strategies with successful cases.[Result/conclusion] It gives advices about building wholesome institutional framework to organize, harmonize and manage the co-construction and sharing of characteristic database effectively; optimizing the mechanism through following the principle of equality and mutual benefit; establishing web portal and integration platform to offer sharing service; developing uniform standards and specifications to ensure sharing effect.更多还原
