【摘要】 【目的/意义】为了进一步的优化企业知识管理模式,提高企业知识创新与知识创造效益。【方法/过程】借鉴生态学与管理科学的理论和研究方法,在给出企业知识生态化内涵的基础上提取了企业知识的协同演进要素,通过对知识生态模型的运行机制分析,进一步优化了企业知识的生态化流程。【结果/结论】最后,得出了知识种群是通过生态化的方式来影响企业的知识创造进程,进而促进整个企业知识生态系统达到最优状态的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Purpose/significance】The paper is served to further optimize enterprise knowledge management mode and improve enterprise knowledge innovation and knowledge creation benefits. 【Method/process】Referring to the theories and research methods of ecology and management science, the paper extracts the elements of synergetic evolution of enterprise knowledge from the connotation of enterprise knowledge ecologicalization. Through the analysis of operation mechanism of knowledge ecological model, it further optimizes ecological process of enterprise knowledge.【Result/conclusion】The paper, finally, comes to the conclusion that the knowledge population is in an ecologicalized way to influence creation process of enterprise knowledge, and then to promote the optimal state of the whole enterprise knowledge ecosystem.更多还原
