网络用户健康信息服务满意度量表编制及其信度和效度检验
Internet Users’ Satisfaction Towards Online Health Information Service: Measure Development and its Validity and Reliability
【摘要】 【目的/意义】根据企业经典顾客满意度理论及相关调查结果,形成网络用户健康信息服务满意度量表的基本结构纬度并进行量表条目的编制。【方法/过程】利用初始量表对用户的网络健康信息服务满意度状况进行测评,对预测结果进行条目分析、信度分析和探索性因子分析,及经专家讨论、审核,对量表条目进行筛选删减以确定包含37个条目的量表;将量表对427名信息服务用户施测,检验量表的信度与效度。【结果/结论】质量模型与数据拟合良好,证明量表具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为评价网络用户健康信息服务满意度可靠有效的量化工具。
【Abstract】 【Purposes/significance】The dimensions and the items of the measure of Internet users’ satisfaction towards online health information service were developed based on the classic customer satisfaction theory and some related survey results. 【Method/process】A pilot study was conducted using the initially developed measure to test Internet users’ satisfaction towards Internet health information service. Item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. Moreover, the measure was evaluated and selected by the experts. After the pilot study, the measure contains 37 items.The revised measure was administered among 427 participants to test its reliability and validity.【Result/conclusions】The results showed that the model has good fit, indicating the measure has good reliability and validity and it can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the Internet users’ satisfaction towards online health information service.
