冠心病患者血清Lp-PLA2、suPAR、MIF与冠脉病变关系

【摘要】 目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病,CHD)患者血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)、可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(suPAR)、巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子(MIF)的变化及与冠状动脉(冠脉)病变的关系。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月于莱芜市人民医院心内科经冠脉造影确诊冠心病的患者160例(CHD组)及同期正常体检者80例(对照组),检测两组患者血清LPPLA2、suPAR、MIF水平,并按冠脉病变支数进行亚组分析。结果 CHD组的血清LP-PLA2、suPAR、MIF水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);不同冠脉病变支数的CHD患者血清LP-PLA2、suPAR、MIF水平在不同病变支数的CHD患者间呈显著升高趋势,三支病变组高于单支病变组和双支病变组(P<0.05),双支病变组高于单支病变组(P<0.05)。CHD患者血清LP-PLA2、suPAR、MIF水平与Gensini评分呈显著正相关关系(r值分别为0.617、0.628、0.661,P值均<0.05)。结论 CHD患者的血清LP-PLA2、suPAR、MIF水平较正常人群显著的升高,且与冠脉狭窄程度呈显著正相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(LpPLA2), soluble urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor(suPAR) and macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) and relationship between them and coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods CHD patients(n=160, CHD group) diagnosed by coronary angiography(CAG) were chosen from Department of Cardiology in People’s Hospital of Laiwu City from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2016, and normal controls(n=80, control group) were chosen at the same time. The levels of serum LP-PLA2, suPAR and MIF were detected in 2 groups. CHD group was divided, according to lesion vessels, into subgroups. Results The levels of serum LPPLA2, suPAR and MIF were significantly higher in CHD group than those in control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum LP-PLA2, suPAR and MIF had significant ascending trends in different subgroups, and they were higher 3-vessel lesion subgroup than those in 1-vessel lesion subgroup and 2-vessel lesion subgroup(P<0.05), and were higher in 2-vessel lesion subgroup than those in 1-vessel lesion subgroup(P<0.05). The levels of serum LP-PLA2, suPAR and MIF were positively correlated to Gensini scores(r=0.617, r=0.628, r=0.661, all P<0.05). ConclusionThe levels of serum LP-PLA2, suPAR and MIF increase significantly in CHD patients compared with normal population, and they were positively correlated to severity of coronary artery stenosis.
