【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中NOTCH受体表达情况及其与乳腺癌患者预后的相关性。方法 :通过Oncomine、bc-Gen Ex M iner、Kaplan-M eier Plotter等在线数据库研究NOTCH蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的转录水平及其与临床特征及预后的相关性。结果:与正常乳腺组织相比,NOTCH1/2/4在乳腺癌组织中表达降低(P<0.05);与相应受体阴性患者相比,NOTCH1在雌激素(ER)、孕激素(PR)阳性乳腺癌患者中表达下调(P<0.05),同时在三阴性乳腺癌中NOTCH1显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NOTCH3在ER阳性乳腺癌患者中表达下调(P<0.05),而HER2阳性患者NOTCH3的表达升高(P<0.05);生存分析发现,NOTCH2/3/4的表达与乳腺癌患者更长的无复发生存期(RFS)相关(HR=0.81、0.84、0.73,P<0.05)。结论:不同NOTCH受体蛋白在不同亚型的乳腺癌患者中表达各异,NOTCH2/3/4可作为新的乳腺癌预后良好的生物学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression patterns and prognostic values of NOTCHs in breast cancer(BC)patients.Methods:The transcriptional and survival data of NOTCHs in breast cancer patients through Oncomine,bc-Gen Ex Miner,Kaplan-Meier Plotter and cBio Portal were analyzed.Results:It was found that NOTCH1/2/4 were down-regulated in BC patients compared with the normal tissues(P<0.05).The expressions of NOTCH1 were down-regulated in ER+/PR+BC(P<0.05),while NOTCH1 was up-expressed in TNBC significantly(P<0.05);The expression of NOTCH3 was also down-regulated in ER+BC(P<0.05)and up-regulated in HER2+BC(P<0.05);In survival analyses through the Kaplan-Meier plotter database,high transcription levels of NOTCH2/3/4 were associated with better relapse-free survival(RFS)in all BC patients(HR=0.81,0.84,0.73,P<0.05).Conclusions:The expressions of NOTCHs differed from different types of BC,and all these data provided NOTCH2/3/4 as newbiomarkers for BC prognosis.更多还原
