【摘要】 互联网的普遍应用给高校图书馆带来前所未有的冲击,面对这些严峻的挑战,要求高校图书馆馆员必须始终保持职业操守,不断提升人文素养;与时俱进,增强多种本领;在强化现有的业务技能基础上,拓展业务知识和能力,朝一专多能方向发展。本文通过对国内外图书馆和江西省高校图书馆常委馆涉及职业素养、道德、准则、规范的制定、实施情况的综合调研和分析,提出我馆在制定本馆工作人员职业道德及行为规范的内容时应该关注的若干维度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The generalapplication of Internet has exerted an unprecedented concussion upon university libraries,facing the stern challenge,university librarians should adhere to their professional integrity,uplift their humanistic literacy incessantly;Moving with time,enhance various techniques; basing on the existing know-how,reclaim vocational knowledge and capabilities with the aim of"Mastering many skills while specializing in one". By comprehensive investigation and analyses of the enactment and implementation of professional literacy,ethics,principle and norms,the thesis suggests certain dimensions should be taken into consideration while enacting Jiangxi Normal University library’s professional ethics and routine norms.更多还原
