【摘要】 目的探讨神经介入疗法治疗脑血管疾病的临床效果及安全性。方法选取成都市第六人民医院2017年收治的脑血管疾病患者300例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组患者采用常规开颅手术治疗,观察组患者采用神经介入疗法治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、治疗满意度及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者临床效果、满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经介入疗法治疗脑血管疾病的临床效果明显,其可有效改善患者的神经功能,提高患者满意度,且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of neural interventional therapy in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 300 cases of cerebrovascular disease patients were selected from 2017 year in the Sixth People’s Hospital of Chengdu,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional craniotomy surgery,the observation group was treated with neural interventional therapy.The clinical effect,patients’ satisfaction and the incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group of clinical effect and patients’ satisfaction were better than control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).ConclusionNeural interventional therapy has an exact clinical effect in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease,it can effectively improve the neural function of patients,promote patients’ satisfaction,and with high safety.更多还原
