【摘要】 目的探讨亮丙瑞林联合反加疗法治疗腹腔镜术后重度子宫内膜异位症的远期疗效。方法选取2016年3月-2017年3月在医院接受腹腔镜手术重度子宫内膜异位症的患者98例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组给予皮下注射亮丙瑞林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予联合替勃龙治疗。比较2组治疗前后雌激素水平、自然受孕率以及复发情况。结果 2组治疗后雌二醇（E₂）、黄体生成素（LH）和卵泡刺激素（FSH）水平明显低于治疗前,但观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组自然受孕率明显高于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论亮丙瑞林联合反加疗法有利于调节腹腔镜术后重度子宫内膜异位症患者激素水平,提高自然受孕率,且复发率较低,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the long-term efficacy of leuprolide combined with anti-plus therapy in the treatment of severe endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery. Methods 98 patients with severe endometriosis underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group. Control group was given with subcutaneous leuprolide treatment,observation group was given tibolone on the basis of control group. The levels of estrogen,spontaneous conception rate and recurrence of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The levels of estradiol（ E₂）,luteinizing hormone（ LH） and follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH） in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,but the observation group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P < 0. 05）. The natural conception rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P < 0. 05）. Conclusion Leuprolide combined with anti-plus therapy is beneficial to regulate the hormone level of patients with severe endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery,improve the rate of natural pregnancy,and the recurrence rate is low,worthy of clinical use.更多还原
