【摘要】 目的对密封帽在无痛纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗中的应用效果进行评价。方法选择2011年1月-2014年12月收治的拟行无痛纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗的患者72例为研究对象。所有患者均静脉注射丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼,置入喉罩,喉罩一端口接连麻醉机行人工控制通气,纤维支气管镜从喉罩另一端有密封帽的端口置入,经声门进入气管、支气管。记录术前5 min(T1)、诊治中(T2)、检查后(T3)的脉搏血氧饱和度(Sp O2)、心率(HR)的变化情况、镜检期间不良反应及麻醉满意度。结果所有患者均顺利完成检查,不同时点血流动力学稳定,通气效果良好,无明显并发症。结论密封帽用于无痛纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术安全、有效、可行,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the clinical value of the sealing cap in the painless bronchoscopy lung lavage.Methods 72 patients with painless bronchoscope bronchial lavage were selected from January 2011 to December 2014. All patients received intravenous propofol and reminfentanil preoperative and were inserted with laryngeal masks. One port of laryngeal mask was connected with anesthesia machine to control ventilation,and bronchoscopy was inserted through another port of laryngeal mask with sealing cap. Pulse oxygen saturation(Sp O2) and the heart rate(HR) were monitored thourghout the whole proecdures. The side effects such as irritating cough,breathlessness,the movement of limbs and the satisfaction of doctors were observed. Results All patients successfully completed the examination,and hemodynamic was stable,ventilation effect was good,no significant complications at different time points. Conclusion Sealing cap for lung lavage is safe,effective and feasible.更多还原
