微波辐照对钛盐溶液水解配聚行为的影响

【摘要】 通过在相同条件下对微波辐照与水浴保温的硫酸钛、硫酸亚钛溶液的pH、电导率、介电常数和紫外-可见光谱的分析,研究微波辐照对钛盐溶液水解配聚过程的影响。实验结果表明:随着保温时间的延长和保温温度的升高,虽然微波辐照和水浴加热都使钛盐溶液pH值降低,电导率和介电常数上升,紫外吸光度增加,但是微波辐照造成上述参数的变化更明显。对比硫酸钛与硫酸亚钛溶液,微波对硫酸钛溶液的影响更为显著。这些结果都说明微波辐照可以促进钛盐溶液的水解配聚,可为微波在钛鞣中的应用提供基础。

【Abstract】 The effects of microwave irradiation on the process of hydrolysis and olation of titanium solution were characterized by the pH, conductivity, dielectric constant and UV-visible spectra under microwave irradiation compared the usage of water bath heating. The results show that with the increase of the microwave irradiation time and temperature, the pH value of the titanium solution decreased, the conductivity and the dielectric constant increased and the UV absorbance increased under the two heating methods. However, the microwave irradiation causes the changes above parameters are more obvious. Compared with titanium sulfate and titanium sulphate solution, the effect of microwave on the titanium sulfate solution was more significant. Therefore, these results indicated that microwave irradiation can promote the hydrolysis and olation of titanium solution, which may provide a theoretical basis for the application of microwave in titanium tanning.
