【摘要】 高校教师师德建设是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分,培育高尚师德是大学校园文化建设的核心内容。高校教师师德建设途径要注重六个方面的转型,即在宣传教育方面要注重从接受学习到内化于心的转型;在引领示范方面要注重从榜样力量到自我要求的转型;在实践养成方面要注重从思想要求到实践体验的转型;在监督考核方面要注重从制度要求到师德养成的转型;在师德评价方面要注重从工具理性到价值理性的转型;在管理模式方面要注重从行政管理到目标管理的转型。惟其如此,才能使教师不断提升职业道德境界,在教师职业中收获荣誉、感受幸福。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of the ideological and political work of colleges and universities,the construction of teachers’ morality is the core content of university campus culture construction.The way to build teachers’ morality in colleges and universities should pay attention to the transformation from six aspects,including,the transformation from receiving knowledge to internalizing in the aspect of publicity and education;transformation from the power of model to self-requirement in the aspect of guiding;transformation from ideological requirements to practical experience in the aspect of practice;transformation from institutional requirements to the development of teachers’ morality in the aspect of supervision and evaluation;transformation from instrumental rationality to value rationality and management mode in the aspect of evaluation of teachers’ morality;transformation from administrative to target management in the aspect of management mode.Only in this way can teachers continue to enhance their professional ethics and gain honor and happiness from their work.更多还原
