泡沫温拌再生沥青混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】 基于泡沫沥青温拌技术,研究再生沥青混合料路用性能。通过马歇尔试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验和疲劳试验等对比分析不同RAP料掺量比例下的泡沫温拌再生沥青混合料的路用性能,最终推荐一种RAP料掺量下的泡沫温拌热再生沥青混合料,并应用于实际工程。经室内外试验和工程实践结果表明:泡沫温拌再生沥青混合料的各项路用性能都能满足规范要求,能达到与普通热拌沥青混合料相近的路用性能指标,同时还兼备了良好的经济性,是值得推广的一种路用材料。

【Abstract】 Based on the foam asphalt warm mixing technology, the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture was studied. Through Marshall Test, rutting test, low temperature bending test, freeze-thaw splitting test and fatigue test, the pavement performance of foam warm mix recycled asphalt mixture with different RAP proportions was compared and analyzed. Finally, a foamed warm-mix regenerated asphalt mixture with RAP content was recommended and applied to practical engineering. The results of indoor and outdoor tests and engineering practice show that the pavement performance of the foam warm-mix regenerated asphalt mixture meet the requirements of the specification. Its road performance indexes are similar to ordinary hot mix asphalt mixture, and it also has good economy. Thus, foam warm-mix regenerated asphalt mixture is a kind of pavement material worth popularizing.
