左乙拉西坦添加治疗对小儿癫痫患者认知功能及阵挛发作频率影响分析
Effect of levetiracetam on cognitive function and seizure frequency of pediatric epilepsy
【摘要】 目的:研究左乙拉西坦添加治疗对小儿癫痫患者认知功能及阵挛发作频率的作用。方法:随机选取2014年1月~2016年1月于湖南省儿童医院就诊的小儿癫痫患者88例,按照入院治疗的顺序分为观察组(44例)与对照组(44例)。对照组患儿给予常规的抗癫痫治疗,观察组患儿则在此基础上添加左乙拉西坦治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果以及治疗后的认知功能状况。结果:观察组患儿的治疗总有效率、控制率均显著高于对照组患儿(P<0.05);两组治疗后日常生活能力评定(Barthel)指数评分明显高于治疗前,且观察组Barthel的70.45(±7.89)指数评分明显高于对照组的54.53(±9.21),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后的认知功能显著高于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:采用左乙拉西坦添加治疗能够明显减少小儿癫痫患者的阵挛发作频率,并且能够明显提高小儿患者的认知功能,具有临床推广价值。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of levetiracetam on cognitive function and frequency of seizure in children with epilepsy. Methods: A total of 88 children with epilepsy in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(44 cases)and the control group(44 cases)according to the sequence of clinical treatment. The control group were given conventional treatment of epilepsy, while the observation group were treated with levetiracetam on this basis.And the therapeutic effect and cognitive function of the two groups were compared and analyzed Results:The total effective rate and the control rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0. 05). After treatment,Glasgow coma scale(GCS)and Barthel index showed the scores of GCS 11. 30(±2. 55) and Barthel 70. 45(±7. 89) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 8. 20(±1. 84)and 54. 53(±9. 21) respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). The cognitive function of the observation group after treatment was more significantly improved than that of the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Addition of levetiracetam on the basis of conventional treatment can significantly reduce the incidence of clonus in children with epilepsy,and can significantly improve the cognitive function in pediatric patients, with clinical promotion value.
