【摘要】 目的:观察温阳利水法辅助治疗风湿性心脏病合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将风湿性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者66例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组33例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加温阳益气、利水活血中药治疗,2周为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后的中医证候积分、疗效评定、心功能及血气指标等。结果:治疗前两组中医证候积分、心功能、血气指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组各项中医证候积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),心功能、血气指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组中医证候积分、动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),每搏输出量(SV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、血液酸碱度(pH)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳利水法辅助治疗风湿性心脏病合并心力衰竭临床疗效好,能显著改善临床症状及心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe the clinical effect of the heart failure following rheumatic heart disease treated with wenyanglishui method.Methods:Total 66 patients with heart failure following rheumatic heart disease were divided into control group and treatment group ran-domly, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with medicine treatment, and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). The effect evaluations were compared with the TCM syndromes and therapeutic efficacy evaluation and cardiac function and blood gas index of the two groups pretherapy and post-treatment. Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of TCM syndromes and cardiac function and blood gas index(P<0.05).After treatment, two groups of the TCM syndrome integral were significantly lower than pretherapy(P<0.05), and heart function, blood gas index significantly improved(P<0.05). Patients with various TCM syndrome integral and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)were significantly lower than that of the control group in the treatment group(P<0.05). The cardiac output(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac output(CO)and arterial blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)and blood acidity(pH)were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The wenyanglishui method combined with TCM was approving therapy for the heart failure following rheumatic heart disease by improv-ing the clinical syndrome and cardiac function of patients.更多还原
