【摘要】 目的:探讨肺肾同治方治疗儿童过敏性紫癜性肾炎的疗效及对凝血机制的影响。方法:将80例过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服肺肾同治方,观察两组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、血清胱抑素C(CysC)、D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板计数(PLT)的变化,统计两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及复发情况。结果:两组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、血清CysC、D-D、FIB均显著降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组各项指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);两组治疗后PLT较治疗前有所下降,但治疗前后及治疗后两组相比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率及复发率明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:肺肾同治方治疗儿童过敏性紫癜性肾炎疗效显著,改善了凝血功能,促进了肾损害的恢复,且不良反应少,复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of Feishentongzhi decoction therapy on children Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis and its effect on coagulation mechanism. Methods:Eighty cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with forty cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment of western medicine. On the basis of the control group and treatment group take Feishentongzhi decoction therapy additionally, observe two groups before and after treatment for 24 h urine protein, urine red blood cell count, serum cystatin C(CysC), D-Dimer(D-D), fibrinogen(FIB), the change of platelet count(PLT), statistics clinical curative effect of two groups, the incidence of adverse reactions and relapse. Results:Two groups after treatment for 24 h urine protein, urine red blood cell count, serum CysC quantitative, D-D and FIB were significantly lower(P<0.05)improve the indicators and the treatment group were significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05); After treatment, PLT decreased before treatment, but no significant difference was found in the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Feishentongzhi decoction therapy treated children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis showed remarkable curative effect, improved coagulation function, promoted the recovery of re-nal damage, and had little adverse reaction and low recurrence rate.更多还原
